Whether outdoor or indoor, team or individual, students at Sussex benefit from being able to get involved in a wide range of competitive and leisure activities provided by the Union and the University. This section should give you an idea of the broad and diverse nature of sport at Sussex, with something for everyone, regardless of experience.

To find out more about SussexSport who organise classes, courses and other sporting activities at Sussex, visit www.sussex.ac.uk/sport. They have also prepared training advice (designed mostly for the summer period but you could start it at any time) which you might want to take a look at.
